05 May Sunshine House – Local Pantry & Prepared Meals Service Available

It can be very difficult in the current situation to afford food and toiletries for some.

We want to let our families know about a pantry service based in Sunshine House in Scholes.

Thanks to TESCO, LIDL, HEINZ for their kind donations they have now extended to the Shop Unit 109 Scholes Precinct.

Thanks to all the donations made for the food we are able to purchase from In Kind Direct allowing them to provide donations,  nappies, cleaning products, personal items for ladies and toiletries for gents.  Why not pop in and take a look?

​Membership is £2.00 per year and is due every April but you can sign up any times, you can get between 5-10 items for £1 depending on the items.

Also, they offer a range of prepared children’s meals that can be collected or delivered:

The children’s menus are £1.50 each ,as follows –
Fish Fingers, Smiley Faces & Beans
Sausage,Smiley Faces & Beans
Small Pizza,chips & Beans
Chicken Nuggets & Chips
Children’s Tea Time Boxes – sandwich or roll, piece of fruit, packet of crisps, small yoghurt, biscuit & juice.
